The outer ring (small) was like a coiled up spring, similar to what you see for a key chain ring. The inner one (large) was a band clamp.

I used a thin screw driver to pried them and removed. That is why the large one is deformed but not cut.

The kit from NAPA was exact fit, came with two zip-ties, instead of metal rings.

Rear Shock Assembly @175800

Removed from 2dr.





Two nuts from top and one bolt from bottom. It will come out.





Installation.
Hang the shock with one nut up top, pull down axle assembly to line up the hole on the bottom. I used 2x4 for leverage.

Roof: Rusted Holes

Got tired of bondo n sand.





Decided to apply primer.





Came out good enough for me

Oil change @176234

Lift nose up. Used 4 jack stands for safety.





Purolator oil filter P/N L14459. New package, new color.





Valvoline Max Life 10W30.





Cut old filter open.





Something is inside the can and is not metallic.





Element is clean otherwise.

Ignition Switch @176400

The ignition switch is failing. I need to keep pressure in the direction to start position on the key in order to keep the engine alive.


Removed the switch from the coupe, which was new about 12000 miles ago.








Remove faulty one by removing screws, 3 ea here.





Plug end is connected here.



After the replacement, I feel the engine is running better.
Maybe it is getting healthier current than faulty one.
