Whats a good scantool that does it all

I'm looking for a good scantool for cars all around that does tpms,reprograms keys and deals with abs and reprograms ecus as far as replacement. Any takers?

I went and put that money out I wanted to get a new scanner and got the innova 3160e. Ive dealt with it before and it seems pretty good and gives out the solutions on how to go about it and it works. bout to get that in the window tommorrow. You guys may want to look into the one where it plugs into a obd2 reader and directly connects to your car unless you have obd1. I find obd1 to be so simple.
