I bought the shift springs about 3 years ago I believe. I felt a difference in shifting. I like them, I want to buy another set for my other cb

Has anyone tried it yet? I wanna know if it's really worth getting or not.

Excalibur 02 said he has tried them. They arrived the other day along with my cable bushings. I'll see about installing them today possibly.

In a week or two I'm going to order a set as well. If nothing else Gtron you have 20+ year old springs that are worn out by now. So I'm sure these will provide a decent improvement by themselves alone.

I'm about to do the 5 speed swap, so now is the perfect time. I think I'm gonna look into them.

Do it! It's only 40$ and make a very noticeable difference.

^thanks, I def. will. It should really compliment my whole shifter setup very nicely. You made an excellent choice w/ the hybrid racing bushings Make sure the spherical bushing isn't too stiff where it will never move properly as intended. Mine was WAY too stiff so I put a through bolt + nut through the ball and spun it with a drill + added oil simultaneously to break it in. Worked perfectly
