READ THIS FIRST! (you must read this to enter the Classified Forums)

Welcome to the Traditional Classifieds section.

IF you have less than 5 posts, you are not permitted to buy or sell on this site. Please do not contact members regarding their items. Access to this section is denied to members with less than 5 posts!

If you have 5 posts or more, read on. You must read this thread carefully in order to access the Classified sections.

Buy and sell at your own risk. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

CB7tuner.com has absolutely NO power to control scammers, thieves, lazy people, or the various methods of shipping. We offer NO insurance, and buying from a member in these forums is a risk.

The ONLY thing you have to go on is your naïve trust of someone you don't know, can't get to, and have never met before. Just because they drive a similar car (or say they do) does not mean they can be trusted!

Just because OTHER people have had good luck, doesn't mean you will. Each transaction is an independent event.

No whining, complaining, flaming, or "warnings" will be tolerated.

Alerting other members to a scammer is NOT permitted. You are not helping anyone by doing so, just creating a mess of flaming here on the board.
The staff has provided a resource in the ebay-only forum for your protection. If you chose to ignore it, that's on you. THAT is all the warning and protection the members here need.

So, if you choose to access these forums to buy and sell, do so at your own risk. CB7tuner.com accepts NO responsibility for the transactions that occur, and any issues WILL be handled outside of CB7tuner.com (PM communication is allowed... nothing public is permitted). No public discussion of issues will be tolerated. By accessing these forums, you agree to these terms and accept the risk. The p.ass werd to enter the forums is foglight. This p.ass word is in place so people will HAVE to read this disclaimer and accept the terms! You should have full access to the forums without having to type the p.ass word as long as you have cookies enabled, after the first time. If these rules are ever amended, the p.ass word will change. This sticky is set up so people must read it to access the classified forums. Sharing the p.ass w.ord with people who are too lazy or stupid to read this is not allowed. A one-week ban will result (longer if the banning moderator sees fit).

Sharing the password on other forums, if discovered, will result in a one-month ban minimum. That is sneaky, and not appreciated. Your "helping" is putting both new and old members at risk.

Thank you,
-Mike

My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

The P12 and P14 end tonight! The P28 and both P06s sold.

I was watching these but they got too rich for my blood

My last 3 ebay sales have sucked. One never paid never answered. The re list took 10 days to pay. The next sale reported me to paypal and froze my account. Claimed he never recieved it. Recieved it 4 days after payment.

All a pain in the ass. Good luck

I was bidding on the 9293 fogs, can't believe how much they sold for. Guess I will try again.

For both auctions I've extended a Second Chance Offer to the next highest bidder, but that has never, in the history of eBay been successful. There are some bids on the '92-'93 foglights now so I guess we'll see how it goes the second time around.

Was the last winning bid $455 US ?
Obviously someone is using a sniper app as each time I bid it goes up by $1 in less than 10 seconds. This is why your bidders don't pay up.

Anyone here bidding on them needs to give me their eBay username. I'll contact the high bidder occasionally and if they don't respond I'll cancel their bid. I'm tired of this. eBay makes their sellers completely powerless.

What's a realistic reasonable price for these? 400+ or even 200 a bit high to me.

E-bay has become more and more full of pure dishonest sellers! I still use the site, but will completely stop bidding if I suspect games. Ever notice a totally never bid on item that sits...you bid on it and all of a sudden the activity is like you disturbed an ant hill! I hate the hidden high bid; can't tell if it's honest or not. Then the hidden bidder is to keep you from checking out if the person you are bidding against isn't either the person selling, a friend, or a company you pay to bid for you. I prefer "Hey I have a tonneau cover to sell" (I do have a CB9 4th tan to sell)
                      Good luck

It happens, but not on my end. I have a hard enough time getting people to pay for the items at the prices they bid on themselves, never mind anything artificial I could drive up.
