The rear deck rattles over speed bumps or potholes or if your music is loud. BBP is a awesome color.

Wouldn't really help because it's the plastic brake part hitting the glass.

It should be noted that the 2009+ did not have the same problem with rattles as the '08. Apparently, the 08 had a few very common, low mileage rattles. It would seem the at least mostly fixed it for 2009. If it is caused by the brake light surround on the window a thin strip of rubber would cure it.

Yeah 08 is the first year but they still had problems up until the 8.5 gens came out.

I use to have a 7th gen 6mt until it was stolen, I would do the check valve delete on the clutch. To it made my shifts a lot better.

                      Our 2009 doesn't have it.

Also, you could simply use whatever fix they had in the 8.5 gen, or a rubber strip...

I removed my 3rd brake light surround today, never realized i didnt even have a 3rd brake light until a few hours ago 0_o. I think the previous owner removed it or maybe i t never came with one Either way, the plastic cover rattled too much for my liking so its now in the trunk. NO more rattling (from that area atleast) so i can crank my music

I thought about that mod to mine but we'll see.

I did the check valve delete a month ago and my clutch feels so much faster on its engagement now.

Saw your sig in another thread and had to come check out your EXL. Those cars looks so good slammed. My ex girlfriend bought one of these and she refused to do anything to it.

Any plans for wheels or sticking with OEM? OEM aren't too bad IMHO.

Right now I'm thinking eventually a set of VOSSEN Wheels, but those are a arm and a leg....

                                I'm leaning more towards Varrstoen 1.1.2 19"
