how to remove the fogginess from my CF hood

I have a CF hood on my cb7 and its like all foggy looking, you cant really see the weave of the CF. anybody know how to get this fog shit off so you can really see the weave?

Sand it down and re clear it. Seems to be the best and better option.

lame, I hate sanding shit, especially all the clear off the hood, and then re-clearing it. what product should I use to re-clear the hood? anything special or a certian porduction i shoudl use? will a spray can of clear work?
