well spent all day fixing my exhaust leak, re-wraping my header and finally did the valve adjustment........took it up the road and something new and exciting happened, she chirped hard in third. i also noticed the afr's a little on the lean side. keep in mind the valve adjustment was made on the head on a table not the head on the engine. on top of that it should be .009"/.011". well a .015" fit loosely on the intake side and a .017" loosely on the exhaust side. never in my life have i seen it that far off from table to engine, must have been half asleep on the assembly. so i brought it back and decided to tidy up the fuel map and boy was i rewarded. BAM!!!!

People of cb7tuner, this AUTO is NOT a joke. It has impressed ME, the hater of auto's.

Thankyou kind sir. I would be telling a lie if I said it has been easy. I have had the pleasure of building a well synchronised power plant. Next week im planning to try an E85 tune finally. We'll see how that goes along with another idea I've been toying with. I'm working on a 3" turn down that I can swap out at the track.

Thanks bro. I just got finished replacing my clutch so I might hit up the track next weekend on the e85 tune with the exhaust turn down. Tomorrow I'm on the schedule for the E85 tune. Wish me luck.

wait, you lost points on the torque? for what reasons could this be?

I figured out what you meant now. The 201whp/181wtq is dynojet, the 190whp/173wtq is superflow. The new 204whp/178 is also superflow. The new setup would be roughly 214whp/186wtq on a dynojet. But I'm going to stick to superflow numbers from now on.

Great numbers and progress! I want to do a similar build so bad, but I just have funds tied up in other projects to get it going. In my area "built" b series guys are in the 200 whp range and they think they are the shit. Makes me want to copy your build and just shut em up.... Love it!

Yah, I know what you mean. B-series guys are the majority of the import scene here too.

Excuse my language.. but oh shieeet that went up!!!! Lol congrats!

After you talking about valve adjustments I just realized... how are my valve measurements supposed to be with the bisi stg2 cam? I got mine secondhand so I don't have a spec card or whatever it may have been shipped with.
