    Alternators

    Hello all. I was driving. Pulled over 2 get gas, and I see smoke seeping from my hood. My alt was smoking like no 2morow. Then the battery light stood on.

    My friend has a spare alt from a h23/f20 si. Will it fit on my engine. Some1 just sent me a pm to count the lines on the pully to make sure.

    Yes it will fit, even if it has 5 grooves and not 4.

        Bro I have a brand new alternator in box at my house. Bought it in case HIDs put too much load on my battery and it burns it out. I got tired of them tho so I just have silverstars bulbs now. Text me if you still want it.

          If the pully is different you can just swap over.

            You don't need to change the pulley. It will just have an extra rib.

            And what the heck is an H23/F20 Si?
