Adjuster screw, located right on top of the throttle body....

You don't have to turn it all the way, just a little, screw it counter clock wise now....

                  when its idling at 1500.
put your foot UNDER the accelerator pedal.
                  lift up on the pedal.

could be sticking. needs to be cleaned.
                  did that help?

You should double check and triple check for vacuum leaks. Also, you may wish to take off the plastic portion of the intake and check to see if the throttle plate is slightly open with your foot off the pedal. Have you done any modifications or repairs recently?

He was typing in all caps but the forum prevented it from showing up so it just kept the capitalization of the first letter of every word. This forum is very powerful. Almost like Skynet.

Check maybe the alternator plug, if its loose/unplugged it raises the idle
