Because the majority of the internet population is looking for an argument any time anyone says that they should go on a reasonable route. You could have said the same thing about owequitit.

I feel for the OP in terms of having someone he thought was close to him lie and cheat behind his back. I don't think that means he should go on a fuck-spree and mate with anything he sees move.

I think it's a bad idea from a moral standpoint, however this situation has other aspects at play.

There's a difference between a bunch of guys behind monitors saying "go bang some whores!", and actually doing it. If he makes the decision to do that, it won't be because cb7tuner told him to! It'll be because it's time to feed the trouser snake. HOPEFULLY he will be safe if he does that... but again, he's not going to wrap it up because CB7tuner told him to... he'll do it if he's smart, and he won't if he's stupid. From what I can gather, the man has had some shitty luck, and probably made some unwise choices... but I don't take him to be a stupid man.


owequitit was much the same way. Someone had to walk on eggshells, or he launched into an all-out attack that escalated to epic proportions. I consider that man a friend (a friend I only know on the internet, but someone I've conversed with on a personal level a number of times... more than just a screen name...) However, he got out of hand. I know he seems to have taken my comment to leave to heart, and hopefully he'll come back one day with a cooler head.

Still, when 75% of the drama on this forum involves the same 5 people, I have a hard time believing it's the fault of the other 3495 active members. I made a witty comment and a drunk fool got his panties in a bunch and decided to call me out.

I never once tried to push my views on anyone, or act like I am better then anyone.

Anyone who really knows me, knows that I'm as straight as they come.

I don't look to judge or criticize, but stupid posts are going to attract attention.

I think the primary issue was the comment about the "degradation of women". Essentially, it was calling everyone that suggested the guy should go out and get his willy wet is a misogynistic caveman that should know better.

I agree, some of the points of view here are a bit overboard... and I think a couple of them may even be the way those people truly see things... but whatever. Sometimes I wonder if the way the world views "club em over the head and drag em back to the cave" type guys is a bad thing.
