front bumper help. license plate holes. ?

hey watsup guys! yesterday i moved my license plate to one side (looks kinda dumb) but whatever.
basically what i want to know is any suggestions on what to do about the holes in the bumper or what to fill them with or whatever else. ?? heres a pic.

Fuggin Mighty Putty lol and then Sand i do so suppose lol i had my friend try and use it to temporally fix a leak in his block with it and drove for like 8 months and it still was holding strong till he had money to get a new one and he used bondo and that one time to fix a hole in his eg
