That is an OEM '92-'93 front bumper. The fog lights can be added to any '92-'93 bumper. The lip below can also be added to any bumper.

The panel fitment makes it look like it has been in a wreck.

That would be USDM 92-93 OEM; is the European (Latvia) front bumper different?

The European 92-93 bumper has a recess for a licence plate holder like the JDM bumpers.

I guess I need to distinguish EDM vs. UKDM. These UKDM bumpers don't have a recess.

Though I do seem to remember something a while back about a bumper that was recessed, but to a lesser extent than the JDM sedan bumper. Is this what you're referring to?

Sorry, Paul, for giving bad information either way if that's what this amounts to.

I suspect the white one has a third party replacement bumper since the holder is mounted too high up as well. Wagons type bumpers don't have a recess, possibly because they were made in USA. I was surprised to find a recess in mine 10 years back, when my friends 90-91 didn't have one under the plate holder.

My EUDM accord have a EUDM front bumper ( Awesome ) , no recess on it like UKDM ones :

There is a support for the plate but I remove it for a "light" look .
