ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Rear camber

Regarding rear camber, other then longer control arms, is there many other options? I’ve already done a upper control arm, but was just curious if there was any other ways
    Thanks

You can get spacer shims that install behind the upper control arms. MOOG part number K90210.

Looking more to do negative camber. Wouldn't spacers in the top give me positive?

        yeah.

i use these with about -1 the ends are threaded out pretty far, so threaded in ought to be at least -3 or -4.

        wicked tuning.

Try rockauto.com you'll find that they sell Moog adjustable upper control arms. We have them on our lemons race car we run about 2 to 2.5 deg of negative camber on the rear. We needed that after we installed the 99 CL rear anti-roll bar, the back end got a bit loose. The camber corrected that. They were dirt cheap and high quality.

Unless you are going for that cartoony crazy camber look, more than -2.5 deg on the rear for anything less than a track only car is way too much. There is more room for some adjustment in ours, so I suspect they will do the trick for you.

I'm looking to go -10 front and rear.

My first step to tackle the rear is to order a pair of adjustable upper control arms for the 1998 Civic.
For the rear, I will be ordering Megan adjustable upper control arms and Megan toe and lower arms.
I will be maxing everything out, chances are I won't get any more than -4 or -5, front or rear.
I will install these parts and reassess.

-10 degrees? I suspect you'll have to build something yourself. I doubt anyone would sell something that would do that. The liability would be off the charts. I think the Acura CL rear subframes are an inch or so wider and they should bolt right on.
