A quick bit to add:
If you don't have legal paper, and are having trouble printing it out on two pages(to get the correct size), open it in Microsoft paint and print it.MRT
37.5 MPG, AC on, cruising at 80.
30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit

I thought the 92-93 bumpers had the template imprinted on the inside of the bumper . . .

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but does anyone have the instruction for the OEM install? I'm not so much looking for the template to cut, but the actual paperwork that shows step by step install. Thanks peoples.
