Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Sedan vs coupe interchangeability

    Does anyone know what interior pieces i can switch from a coupe to a sedan?
    My heater console is broken and so are a few other bits and pieces..

    Does the whole dash fit between the two?

    Dash is 100&#37; the same. Center console (ebrake and such) should be as well. Everything else is different.

          I would have guessed they are, yes. Like any other sedan Accord probably also has shorter doors than those off a coupe? Not sure tho

            Yes. Coupe doors are longer. Nothing swaps over.

                Cannot positively say but possibly the following are the same:

                Front wind screen
                Rear wind screen
                Left and Right power mirrors and housings
                Electric antennae
                Front seats
                Front seatbelts
                Front external Door handle
                Front door lock striker mechanisms
                Front door solenoid
                Front door window motor
                Sunroof glass
                Possibly sunroof assembly itself.

                As I said haven't tried it but only from observation they possibly could be the same.

                Not highly confident with the front and rear screens as the rake could be different but worth a visual comparison up close.

                    pretty much none of those are interchangeable. except for the antenna, outer door handles, window motor, and sunroof (i think)

                      I'd think atleast those are interchangeable.. Really gotta check the part numbers someday, it's got me puzzled right now.

                        Coupe doors are 10 inches longer than sedan front doors. I still occasionally think about stretching a CB7.

                            You can swap trunks and Taillights. But they're not the same.

                              I'm guessing the rubber gasket that goes around the trunk is the same too then? Mine is leaking
