    List everything wrong about your cb

    I thought it would be funny for everyone to list all the broken stuff on their cb. My list is getting so long it's kinda crazy that it's still going.

    oil leak
    ac broken
    power steering broken
    cruise broken
    all 4 shocks worn out
    missing rear sway bar mount
    rear brakes bad
    master cylinder internal leak
    front rotors warped
    exhaust rattle
    massive unibody rust
    radiator corded
    timing belt old
    idle broken

    but still somehow works and doesn't even visually look that bad

    Exterior...
    Rust in rear quarter panels.
    Fading paint on hood.
    Scuff on front bumper.

    Interior...
    Headliner tore in a couple places.
    Factory speakers half blown.
    Missing factory floor mats.
    Rear window regulator needs work.

    Mechanically...
    Fuel leak at tank.
    Needs power steering fluid changed.
    Rear struts blown.
    Small oil leak somewhere.
    Small exhaust leak near cat.

      This actually gives me an idea for my RSX. Write down everything wrong, no matter how small it may sound, so I have that physical list on hand rather than random, "oh hey, I forgot that was bugging me." If anything, it'll motivate me to start crossing things off

        Hmm

        -No Engine installed
        -transmission needs to be rebuilt and have lsd installed
        -possible electrical issues
        -dead battery
        -suspension not torqued down
        -seats not installed
        -missing rear view mirror
        -rear right tire has a nail in it
        -turbo system not set up
        -front bumper not painted
        -front bumper not mounted
        -carbon fiber hood not installed
        -headlights not installed
        -shifter handle is sticky from sitting
        -seatbelts not installed
        -driver side floor pan welds near jacking point are no longer there
        -hail damage all over the roof
        -rear defroster element scrapped off so that doesn't work
        -need new axles
        -most bushings in suspension need to be replaced
        -bad brake pads for front rotors


        I could keep going but I don't want a super long post. But I plan to continue this list offline.

          You guys think you have issues I've got a cracked... left rear splash shield!!!
          Damn it, damn it all to hell!

          Otherwise it just the usual like cracked driver seat leather and a weird little problem with the fog lights. Unless I switched them off before shutting down the car I get a small parasatic drain on the battery. Probably a faulty relay.

          Car is perfect except the dreaded sun visor droop... But really that's it

          One thing I learned a long time ago is "there isn't a problem you can't fix... if you throw enough time and/or money at it."

            I'll list off for my CD, since that's what I have.....


            Leaks about a quart of oil a month
            Leaking about a quart of PS fluid a week (getting fixed next week lol)
            AC doesn't work
            Maaco paint job before I owned it is now 50 shades of flat black/gray.
            just cracked my driver door panel on the arm rest
            cabin carpet is downright filthy (luckily I have a MINT OEM one waiting to go in
            underside of car is filthy from said leaks
            auto trans is slipping
            motor is 30K overdue on a timing belt and literally needs a full teardown.

            BUT, I'm swapping the car, and will actually pretty much be gutting the whole thing and knocking out an interior conversion, along with H22 and 5spd, so paint should end up being my only issued after that.

              Valve adjustment required
              Automatic trans on the way out
              Door seals aren't perfect.
              Paint isn't in mint condition.
              Tiny rust spot on roof
              Rear hatch damage
              Rear passenger door dent
              Drivers side rear quarter panel dent
              Bonnet dents
              Damaged interior plastics in boot
              Cold air switch doesnt have a cable that works
              Hole in dash surround
              Foglight cutout isn't neat
              Oil pan, trans case, and subframe dented/damaged due to lowness.
              Mudflaps worn down.
              Front ball joints making noise.
              Rear passenger side window doesnt have tint.
              Small cigarette burn on carpet
              Arm rest has damaged screws - doest stay down.
              Cup holder knocks radio.
              Small cut on dash vinyl.
              Hole in firewall from when plastic cover was removed figuring out how to 5mt swap.
              Mirrors have paint runs on them.
