Question 1990 Honda Accord: Intake Temperature Sensor

I recently purchased a 1990 Honda Accord Ex 4dr with the f22a4 engine. The previous owner said the IAT sensor needed replaced but i cant seem to get it removed.I tried using a stubby scredriver but the screws are really stuck. The only other way i could see it being removed is by removing the brake master cylinder then replacing it. Is there an easier way to replace it besides removing the brake master cylinder?

if youre just replacing it, its all plastic rip if off with vise grips and use those to get the screws out. with the new one use allen cap or hex head bolts with some antiseeze on the threads. the new one should come with new screws those are ok too if you put antiseeze on the threads also.
