    my second time going to the ref after having hi hc(ppm) emissions my car passed with flying colors now i can start fixing her up

      So did you end up having to relocate your MAP sensor and stuff? Or did they figure out that they were in the black box?

                      Im so happy i dont live there and have to deal with that crap. Shit NJ just took away inspections all together to save money. All we have to do is get a emission test every 2 yrs i think and thats easily passed at some places...
