Dammit... I gotta go through everything and update! Not now, because I can't see straight... been up for like 22 hours... but tomorrow, after the meet...

If any other mod sees this and wants to add to the first thread (the stuff Tnwagon has been contributing), by all means, feel free!

EDIT: Found one. Worthless piece really. When you don't have a picture of it you have taken yourself you know it's not worth having on the car.

I don;t know if I already said this here, but A/C does NOT weigh 84#, it is more like 30-40# TOPS. I don;t know about the rest but I was disappointed as hell when I took mine out.

that's good to know. i was debating taking mine out for the weight savings, but now with the heat and finding out how little it actually does weigh, i think i'll be keeping it in. thanks.

and yea, this thread needs to be read over so the first page can be updated.

This is the Weight reduction thread. It's about going fast and having better handling without upgrades.

If you want to talk about going faster and driving better with upgrades (like boost) go to the appropriate forums.

5th gen accord rear seat is much lighter than the 4th gen accord. not sure the EXACT weight tho but i do know that its less for those of you who want to reduce weight w/o sacraficing functionality. ( talking about 4doors of course )

Kind of, I'm doing things one piece at a time. So far, with the hatch cover you can't tell that any pieces have been taken off.

It's going to be a long time before I start removing interior pieces that are out in the open.

Probably already on here, but since I was weighing everything I figured why not. Plus I'm not sure what numbers on the front page to trust. The "arm" scale isn't very accurate. That's why I use an actual scale.

                                Anyway,

Rear Door Panels: 12.4 lbs (6.2 lbs each)
