She's running strong! About 650 miles into the break in, no issues other than the cam seal leak.

It's a DIY oil catch can, to keep oil from being recirculated thru the intake.

I only had some verbal instructions on specs and proper assembly, other than that it was fairly easy. Practice on a spare engine.

Question... the piping that meets the flange on the header is inside smooth?

My friend bought a super cheap ass header, and the flange and pipes are not even smooth on the inside, you can stick ur finger inside the flange and feel how its not smooth meeting the piping.

For the most part, some of the seams are a little rough.

Went to rockauto. My goodness they have a lot of sensors to choose from. I was gonna ask for your part # but I see you have your sensor on the top. Mines is on the bottom, diff #

They only offer 2 Denso sensors, one for the DX/LX and one for the EX/SE.

I think the only diff in the O2 sensors is the length of the wire. The dx/lx mounts on the header and the ex/se mounts on the downpipe under the car. I may be wrong.

What kind of header is that? Is that the megan? or another kind.

My header is cracked. Went to the JY got a a4 header only to realize I needed the downpipe too. Went back and they cut all of them off right before the flange where they take off the cat.

Nope, one has a male connector and one has a female.

And stoner, that's a cheapo header bought. Says megan I a lot smoother on the inside.


@ stoner again. The a4 down won't fit with the a6 downpipe?
