SRS light acting up

My SRS light will just come on randomly and then turn off... It'll sometime flicker for a sec then stop or stay on for a couple of seconds then turn back off. I've noticed that when I make a sharp right hand turn it'll come on sometimes.

What the hell is that all about? Anybody know?

Could be a damaged clock spring? Have you had your steering wheel off lately?

Naw I haven't messed with the steering wheel at all. Just started doing it out the blue.

When the light is on try honking the horn. If the horn does not sound then the clockspring is probably failing.
