ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    02 sensor wiring questions?

hello, i am finally admitting to defeat and asking about this because it has me stumped.

i have a 92 lx wagon auto with a A6 that i belive the previous owner swapped into the car. i read the lx only had the A1 the ecu was also a pt3 so it having a A6 originally is very unlikely, and the engine harness is all marked as to what plug goes to where so it definately looks like someone had pulled the engine out and replaced it at one time, or at least had everything apart.

my question is in regards to the location of the stock o2 wiring on the lx wagons. i have been to the yard numerous times and looked over at least a dozen cb7's every other auto that i have seen has the 4 wire o2 plug comming off the front harness with the solenoids for the trans.

i cut the loom all the way back to the shock tower when i replaced the distributor and could find no trace of the original 4 wires that should be on that section of the harness, did these wagons have the o2 sensor originally behind the flex pipe, right before the cat like some of the aftermarket headers do? i can find no trace anywhere under the car of the 4 wires for the o2 sensor either.

plan B, if nobody knows where to find this harness my other option and my only choice is to rewire the sensor directly from the ecu. i dont have a problem doing this but it brings up another question

i have been looking over the pinouts for the obd1 and obd0 honda ecus and found that pin A6 is for the heating element for the sensor and that pin D14 is for the heater sensor signal this is for the 2 black wires correct? i cannot find any other reference on the pinouts of where the green and white wire are pinned to. i know the thicker white is the direct output for the o2. the green i THINK i read somewhere that it was tied into the tps? ive rewired a few o2 sensors before but not one like this.

any help would be greatly appreciated
