ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Exhaust for stock 92 F22a engine

What’s a good system that doesn’t take away from your low rpms. Something that will add a few horses at the same time. Not looking for anything too loud but a nice rumble. Some exhaust sounds are horrible. Thanks in advance

Apexi WS2 or 2.25” K Teller with vibrant resonator/quality muffler and a high flow cat. Any 421 with a 2.5” collector. Use the search and you’ll see that there’s been 1,000’s of threads on this same topic. Might even be able to get some sound clips out of it.

      stock. Walker. https://www.carid.com/1992-honda-acc...115291525.html

Everything else is just rehashed from another persons opinion, rinse repeat. Are you really going to pay 300 bucks for a muffler thats going to sound like any other fart cannon out there..probably not. Dont look for big gains from the exhaust alone, unless you just like to *sound* "fast", meaning your car is loud and obnoxious but still as slow as when granny used it. Might feel faster but thats just your eardrums getting raped. If you do piece something together, dont skimp out on a resonator, dont get a through flow muffler, and 4-2-1 headers are only good to look at, unless you have other mods that itll be supportive of, ie: bigger cam.

delete the resonator from the induction tract and then you can hear the engine working which sounds good. its hidden in the passenger wheel well. those tubes and cone filter intakes are a joke too, the best intake is the stock one with an upgraded dry panel filter. If your cars stock you dont need much more, unless you just like impressing cholas.

basically what im saying if you havnt done any worthwhile mods, dont waste your money on stuff thats not going to help and may even hurt functionality and reliability

After research I’m leaning toward the Tanaka system. Any personal experience with this system
