How do I change the corner signal light?

I couldn't figure out how I'm supposed to change the corner light on my 1991 Honda accord EX. My right signal light is out. Am I supposed to be able to reach the bulb and change it without removing anything, or am I supposed to take out the housing to replace the bulb? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

1 screw to remove, then pull straight out. Be careful try wiggleing it too.

You have to open the hood. The single screw is through a arm on the top of the corner light housing to the top of the headlight bracket.
