I was gonna make the trek down, but I don't have money for gas. I'm still going twice to the Toronto Auto Show this year. Great pics! I hope we get some of those in Toronto

MRT
37.5 MPG, AC on, cruising at 80.
30.0 MPG, AC on, aggressively driving around 90.
27.5 MPG, no AC, cruising at 90 with occasional gridlock. 40 degrees Fahrenheit
Besides all that, my 86 Chevy pickup has 92K miles and is reliable as hell. I have not done much besides tune the engine, replace the shocks, lower balljoints. Tows CB7's with ease
1. Evil
2. Bad cars (Look on the side of the road)
3. Poor power output/wasteful
4. Liars
5. Should NOT have been bailed out! If your neighborhood pizza shop goes under due to bad management, then they go under. Bad management means you no longer due business, not "Oops, here's a THIRD chance"(Remember the 70s?)
6. Propaganda (Combines with 1 and 4)(They actually had a bus going around, seemed to have deleted it)
7. Multiple bad experiences and a few lemons
I could go on and on, but seeing my opinions and the facts about to follow, it'd be more then enough to have me buy something else.
Facts:
1. NOT made in America
2. Bad history; remember Found On Road Dead? Or Fix Or Repair Daily? FORD, Not Honda.
3. Bad History part 2: Like I've said in some other posts, I live 20 minutes from the Chrysler headquarters. I see an average of 20 cars of the side of 75 a day. I see maybe one Honda a week. Once I even saw a CB7! I stopped to ask what happened. He last put oil in over a year ago.
4. Knowing the people who design and build them, especially so close to their headquarters, you wouldn't ever feel safe in one again.
5. Ever heard of a Monday or a Friday car? That means it was built on a Monday or a Friday, these are the worst of the worst. Monday: Hungover from the weekend. Friday: 9am and drunk. My sister has a car like this. Beside being broken LITERALLY every week (A few times fresh out of the shop), her drive shaft snapped. Snapped. That's almost as bad as all 4 of her front ball joints that broke while she was moving.

I want to make 1 amendment. SOME american cars built around mid 80s and back were ok.
