How to read dyno sheet

I was wondering when you take your car to get tuned on a dyno and the sheet tells you your hp and torque, is this the overall hp and torque of the engine or what you're putting down to the wheels?

clearly depends on the dyno. Most dyno packs will measure flywheel hp or meausre what your putting to the hubs where a dyno jet will measure what your putting to the wheels.. ask the technician who dyno's your car he/she will explain the numbers to you..
