ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Bisimoto Header replicas

Was looking online to see how much the Hytech replica headers go for since I'll be selling mine once I get my bisi header and I found this. Crazy how people are already trying to copy his design.

bisi's looks like they flow way better than those
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

Yeah I hope Bisi does something about it, but I'm sure people will just keep making them

            Who cares

The Idea behind the bisi headers is that they are trailered to your build plan.

Good luck emailing them and getting a spec sheet to fill out.

They are generic headers with the same shape as a bisimoto header, and my guess is that they will crack very easily.

Even with bisi's professional welders doing the welding the original batch of b series headers has problems breaking welds.

It has been fixed since then, but do you think the ebay guys care?

            I doubt it.

Knock off's are an awefull thing, and our hobby would be significantly better off if they did not exist. They do exist though and if you support the industry the best thing to do is avoid them and kindly discourage others from purchasing them.

Exactly. If people support the companies that make knockoff versions of original, quality pieces, the people that make the originals will stop wasting their time. Then we'll be left with the inferior parts... then nothing at all. Because unlike the originals, the knockoff artists aren't constantly trying to re-engineer their parts to make them better.

That header really does look sad. Like a car from one of those Chinese companies that is so poorly made it can't be sold outside of China... though it looks like a Mercedes Benz... just... like one a 12 year old sculpted.

Both Bisi and Hytech could sue them for using their names in their advertising. Especially since they are practically representing their product as being one of those brands.

The sad thing is, most ignorant tuners see the name, the look, and the price... and they choose that over the part that's actually worth buying. Even worse, that crap design probably DOES give at least some power... so essentially, they could say "I'm paying 1/3 the price and getting half the power. I'll take it!"
If it weren't for Bisimoto, they wouldn't have a product... yet their knockoff is hurting the very company that provided them with the design to copy!

Thank-you to everyone for the support. My name is Julio and I am the newest team member at Bisimoto. If you want to know more back ground about myself I started a introduction tread on this forum just do a quick search of Julio@Bisimoto

Just like Ghetto_CB7 stated the Bisimoto headers are custom designed for you individual and unique motor setup. We will engineer the best header to produce and squeeze out every bit of power you can get. I will also pass on the information strait to Bisi about this copy wannabe!

If anyone has any questions feel free to pm me.
