15'' Sparco NS2 rims on 205/50 tires. To buy or not to buy?

So about a month or two ago I had a friend of mine wanting to sell his rims and tires for $500. Then today he tells me if I buy them he'll take whatever I give him. He's a good friend so I wouldn't go to low but was thinking about offering him $450-$400. Is that a reasonable price for these rims? Also, the tires are Kumho ecsta.

Cool just was making sure it was a reasonable price and for sure a polish cause his rims were kind of dirty.

yea seems reasonable to me. Especially since they are legit sparco rims. A nice clean always does good ^_^
