My son laughs because every one in his weight training class are STRUGGLING with lifting 20lbs. dumbbells and he is using 30-35lbs. He does like lifting, my only concern would be his joints, I tell him to build slow and not to rush into it. He is making solid progress and isn't pushing himself so he should be good. *knocks on wood*
As for a spring meet? We do have one every year and it USUALLY is our biggest turn out. This year it would be cool to maybe hit 101 and see the rain forest? Hell I don't know. Figured 101 as it is pretty scenic even though we did already venture that way before.3 CB's gone....

Still miss the CB though......maybe one day.
