my accord loses fuel pressure and cuts out while pulling out of my driveway and seems to only happen at an angle and will restart after on level ground and diconecting neg batt cable.

First thing I'd do is get on that with a multimeter when it's dead, and see if the fuel pump is getting voltage, and ground. Might be an electrical gremlin that's happening when the car moves a particular way. -
right,i can get it to cut out by like lurching forward my fuel pressure gauge goes to 0 and sometimes it keeps pressure and restarts my mechanic buddy wonders if the strainer came off the fuel pump and it may not be getting the fuel it needs so the system shuts down.i just gotta get off my butt and pull the tank down again and look.Comment
