I wouldn't keep them on anyway. I do like the look of the blacked out reversed-direction spokes, but they're too small. Their rarity is just cool to me. I'd take the tires off and hang them up in the garage, haha.

I'm with you. I prefer the six spoke EX wheels.

Hell yeah! That’s where my CB was bought. Gardena Honda CA. Now I know the address of that dealership. I’ve been searching for an og metal license plate frame from there too. I don’t think that Honda dealership is around anymore though.

1993 Accord SE w/ 55k miles. VIN looks to be JHMCB7687PC023523. The body has quite a few dents on the sides though, and the RF tire looks to have some excessive outer edge wear. But the leather interior looks to be in decent shape.

'91 LX coupe auto, 75k miles. Interior's brown, but I think the condition makes up for it.

Have you found a wagon yet Dave? I saw you made quite the progress on the parts collection for your motor build.

Yeah, the parts collection for the engine is pretty much done, it's all just been sitting. The wagon purchase got put on hold after I kicked my roommate out, which doubled my rent and made moving out tricky. I'm handling that over the next few months, though. I'd say I should be back in a CB by Spring, but with my luck something always comes up.

Random... but what is going through the minds of people who take pictures like this for a sale ad?

Especially on this Prelude, the person obviously did some fairly serious moving around, but couldn't take those few steps toward their own car. The window is even down, there had to be some recent activity over there.

... and yes, I'm also keeping an eye on fourth-gen Preludes to serve as a placeholder in case a wagon isn't available when I have the money and suddenly lose all patience to get this engine running.

That wagon is still up for sale, and the price has been slowly going down. I think it started at $5250 and it's now at $4500. If it hits $4k, I'm tempted to contact them and tell them to freeze it at that price with the promise of buying it by spring if someone else doesn't grab it and they're not in a hurry to sell. That clean, it'd be worth the work to manual-swap it. I don't even mind paying that much for it. And white my second-choice color! God, I need to move already.

Is the black leather interior rare?

Tan up for sale, too:

Black leather interior is pretty damn rare. Exceptionally rare if the leather is still in good condition.

No way is that first car worth 3900. It looks like there is some rust on the rear passenger corner where the side skirt meets with the rear quarter on both sides. Also is that film on the hood and fender?

Oh, yeah, the price is ridiculous, considering the mileage and damage. That interior, though...

black leather is pretty rare and aside from that price and the obvious damage its got low miles. I wouldnt do leather without ac though. I learned my lesson with my last car.

A nice looking wagon but a little high on the price.
