Today I'm pretty sure I'll be eating Tuyu and Daing Bangus but I'll skip those since they contain sodium with an amount of 3 big macs.

Ok but why not just boil, scramble, or fry an egg lol? I know nothing about filipino food so maybe there's something i'm missing. I looked at some pics of some pork sisg and it doesn't look too bad. What all do you put in that though to make it how it's traditionaly made or whatever? I could pull a recipe off the internet but I don't know how close that be to what it's supposed to have in it.

You can't fry the balut because you'll be missing the best tastes in there.

The pork sisig is effing great , I guarantee that. You'll need a sizzling plate otherwise you won't benefit much of the real taste. Also simmer it with Calamansi juice (highly rare in the US). Since it's close to none being found here , you can subsitute it for lemon instead.

I wasn't talking about frying it to make balut. I was just talking making regular fried eggs lol. I don't know that I could eat it with the chicken right there looking at me lol. Pork cheeks and ears?
