From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    Injector options for boost

    I was wanting to make a thread with options for bigger injectors for boost that will fit in our cars with out modifying the fuel rail. Impedance does not matter or having to change orings does not matter.
    Post up what you know works
    We allways hear dsm injectors or RC injectors are good but what cars do we buy them for?
    Like i know rdx 410cc injectors work but there only 410s.
    What do dsm 550s come in and is there any cars I can look up to find a part number?
    I am going to need at least a 550 but would like to use 750s
    I am wanting to find Bosch or denso injectors for another car that will fit in ours for mybturbo setup. Rc's are expensive and I have had bad luck trying cheap no name ebay injectors

    I use to run DSM 2G Eclipse Blue tops 450cc when I first was boosted, only mod I had to do to make them fit was stretch out the rubber o ring that sits in intake manifold where the injectors rests up against.

    I am about to run Injector Dynamics 1050x which require no modification other than creating a wire harness plug to convert our plugs to mate with the injectors, or for I think 20 bucks more you can buy their plug and play adapter which made it way easier.
    Also Injector Dynamics can run E85 or pump gas.

    But im not sure if you are looking for OEM injectors or just injectors in general.

      The hands down best bang-for-your-buck injector is the OEM injector in the '13-'14 GT500. It's a 600cc injector that only costs about $31/each. It's the Bosch EV14 design so will run brilliantly and will allow for rock solid tunes.

          They will, of course they will require a tune.

          I agree with Garrett, usually if you want anything under 700cc, try to stick to OEM vehicle injectors like the GTR or GT500.

          Dont put too much focus on not wanting to modify the height, injector price/size and fuel pattern matter more than a an additional or removal of a spacer.
