To be perfectly honest I don't think you would have to cut anything. Just modify existing parts. It makes sense if you have ever taken a set apart. I thing you can implement a motor to the existing adjusting screws. Then modify one of the pivoting plastic adjusting inserts attached to the headlamp bucket. Those plastic inserts hold tension on the adjusting screw. Once you set the height where you want it, it will stay there. Kinda like a lock-nut. I am going to have to show you pictures I think.

its funny about the headlight ajuster. I have a copy of the 91 honda service manual where this page is i do not know but it locates a "Headlight Ajuster Switch" test page 16.166 I have the ajustment page for the phillips screwdriver ajustment but I guess somewhere a Cb had or honda had plans for a ajuster that you could use from the inside of the car this in the diagram looks to be in the area of the foglight switch. Tough again i cannot prove anything.

              Nice car, looks clean.

I love the frost white cb but the only ones I've seen locally had the maroon interior. I already have that lol.

I could have sworn I seen fogs on your car...

I bought the floor mats online somewhere. I think amazon had them. I was a noob/they were expensive. But they look great!

ive done a lot of stuff to the car this last 2 months.

pulled the old stock exhaust out and installed a new one

Rocked a fart can for about 24 hours

                    Installed this muffler

Enough with custom shit. something that I've been learning through my years of OEM Honda satisfication. Honda already thought of this so don't be surprised once you read this how to. Did you know: the edm/jdm headlights actually come with premade mounting holes for a power control module? Its actually a rare option provided for the edm counter part.

Here is an edm spec sir headlight, rare more because its glass and its for the sir model ef offered in European market.

Now even more rare because the power adjusting motor to operate headlight, beam height but not beam width
