Alternator belt keeps squealing at start up and until the car gets warmed up driving for about 3-5 minutes. Gonna get a new belt if tightening doesn't help.

Lol so far it's pretty loud, but it has a deep tone to it, still gotta take it on the highway and see how it is. =D Do you know how to tighten alternator belts? Mine is a bit loose and could use a good tightening so it'll stop squealing. Tried my best but couldn't get it lol.

Well... the muffler isn't design like a fart can so I bet it will sould just fine on the highway.

As for the Alternator belt... yes I do. The trick is to find the balance, if you're too tight it will squeal and also if you're too loose it will squeal as well.

Make sure all your alternator brackets, nuts and bolts are there and in good shape. If they're bad you cannot adjust it correctly.

Here's how to propertly adjust and tighten your ALT belt:
The ALT is bolt onto the mounting brackets. The TOP bolt is the non adjustable bolt called "UPPER THROUGH BOLT" and the bottom bolt is the "ADJUSTING BOLT". The "upper through bolt" is basically a locking bolt, when ever you need to "adjust" to tighten or loosen your ALT belt.. You must loosen the "upper through bolt" then Adjust tighten or loosen your ALT belt by turning the "ADJUSTING BOLT" ... when you think you have the belt correctly tighten or loosen then all you do is tighten the "UPPER THROUGH BOLT" and you're done.

Do not adjust or turn the bottom "ADJUSTING BOLT" while the "upper through bolt" is not loosen or your will mess up your adjustment.. even worst you might bent your adjusting mount plate which make you to unable to adjust your belt correctly.

                    Very clean car man

As for the exhaust you will love it and it gets sooooooo much better once it gets fully broken in. I had to cut the piping and re-weld it so it fit higher up and more straight as well as make sure it didn't rub the bumper anymore. so that may be an idea for you.

Good luck on the build looking great so far man.

                    Sold too: Grumpys93, '93CB7Ex, Bunta, prodh22accord, SSMAccord, fleetw00d
