Cleared the Jeepster out today. Got the other side of the frame drilled out for
the mount, just need to bolt up the mount plate and weld the actual mount
to it. Almost got the first mount I built awhile ago drilled out so I could put it
in for good. Just need to re-sharpen the drill bit.
Hoping tomorrow I can work on it some more when I wake up, lol.

It has to be so awesome to see it go from scraps of metal to a finished project!
Coming along nicely!
I say if you don't paint it Army green, then paint it the RED on the other page.
I think it will be getting painted a orange/copper color when I paint it.
Update
The motor is finally in for good! Getting the passenger side header to fit
hopefully this weekend, started working on it monday. Got a radiator that
should work also so I will working on that too. After those two things are
done I will start on the firewall and the grill. Should be able to do the wiring
after that!

I think you've managed to make that thing mid-engined! I'm not a huge Jeep guy, but I'm liking that!

Thanks Ronald!
Pictures of radiator mount 90% complete, just have to put straps on the
back for extra sturdiness. Once I'm done I won't even have to bolt it to the
grill and could drive it without the front end!

Yeah the rear is. The front is a dana 30 widetrac though and I'm not sure if I will switch
it out or not. The gears are 3.73s if I remember right.Last edited by 90ACCORDLXGUY; 03-11-2012, 09:39 PM.
