Me neither! I was scoping your updates just now. That Apex'i looks sick, and I see you got your down pipe figured out. Sweetness! I should be getting the SRI tomorrow, then ordering speakers all around and the sub Thurs or Friday. Installing the new corner bulbs tomorrow, and hopefully installing that SRI. Was I right? By the train tracks?

So, sharing plans for the next month or two. Thurs or Friday we are ordering the speakers and the sub. We are going with Kenwood 3-way 6 1/2"s in the front, 5-way 6x9"s in the rear, and a 12" Polk Audio DXI single VC sub for boom. Kenwood 1000W bridgeable amp, Boss wiring kit, and Atrend ported sub box. Should all be together in about 4 weeks. Ordering a generic (Spyder, BP) header for the downpipe, then reselling the header. After that, lowering springs! Then saving for paint.

Sweet. Guess it's my turn. Lol

Yeah, according to Amazon, they are 5 ways. Lol Maybe they are four ways and they labeled them wrong. I can't wait to get it done. Speakers should be in by the meet!

Haha

Yeah, my friend pays for the stuff on the CB7, since it's his, technically, but I choose everything and install it all. So he considers it to be mine also. Looking to buy my own soon. Want a 1993 EX sedan.

nice i wish i could get another one. i would get an arcadia green 5 speed coupe and gut it.

from crutchfeild
Cone Woofers: The woofer cones are textured Polypropylene with urethane surrounds. Polypropylene woofers are resistant to the moisture and temperature extremes found in automotive applications.

Midrange: The 2-3/4" water resistant paper cone midrange adds vocal clarity to the speaker.

Tweeter: Each speaker has a 13/16" PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate polyester) balanced dome tweeter. Balanced dome tweeters are semi-dome tweeters with equal reproduction area given the cone and dome portions of the tweeter; a balanced-dome tweeter produces a wide soundstage for superior imaging.

Super-Tweeters: Each speaker also features a 13/16" PET dome super-tweeter and a 3/8" ceramic, flat super-tweeter for added high frequency response.

i got my box from sonic electronix. good prices and free shipping if i remember right. i just looked in the booklet of my sub for the suggested size enclosure and got that.

New photos!

Those were the choice of the shoot!

Sorry about the graininess of the photos, that's what happens when you brave shooting at night.

[Edit] Santa is my personal spin on the ol' Domo. Lol For some reason my buddy was opposed to this, he thinks he is gonna get arrested for everything. So sadly, Santa was thrown in the trash at our shoot site. Kinda ticked about that. Oh well. Really need my own car.

I assured him it isn't against the law. But he felt very strongly about getting rid of it. So it's gone.
