ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Old beginner if that makes any sense....

Hello ya'll, just checking in and saying hey. I've been holding out for years on building my first CB7 and after 14 long years I finally got a 90 LX.
Im of the "older" generation so my future mod list is quite short. Suspension, tint, Cree's all around, a little body work, SE interior swap, 93 rear deck, LED interior swap and a little bit better system than whats in it now.
Anyways, I look forward to this build and the help of some of ya'll CB7 Tuners.
At 41 Us old guys can use all the young hip help we can get. See ya.

p.s. just posted pics of her over in beginner gallery, let the remarks begin.

Good luck with your CB7. That list may not be that long, but it's definitely going to be a handful of work! Good luck!

Welcome. I didn't start with my first CB7 (90 LX, came with my wife) until 37, still driving it 22 years later.

I am older too even though I first purchased the CB when I was 19. I am now 26 and have recently reacquired love for the car now I have so much free time on my hands(I was an alcoholic and pothead)!
Any help or questions feel free to ask. Most of the gremlins that may arise were probably tackled here from time to time.
I know a lot of the threads have broken pictures but if you PM the user (if you check their profile page by clicking on their name) they may be able to rescue the pictures. If they aren't active or haven't been for years it will probably be a lost cause.
Good luck my friend! Can't wait to see what you have in store.
