ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Electrical problem

92 sedan I'm noticing some electrical problems with. Previous owner kinda butchered some of the wiring I've got some wires cut under my dash and no idea what they go to or what they do. Half the time my horn doesn't work and then some days it does. My door dinger doesn't work half the time and when it does work so does my horn. Same with my gas light. Also my clock doesn't work with my headlights on. Thanks guys much appreciated with the help.

There's not a whole lot people can do over the internet regarding this kind of stuff. Especially with such vague information.
Do you know how to read wiring diagrams? Your best bet would be to get the factory diagrams, identify the modified circuits and repair them. A Helm manual will be incredibly valuable.
Or just get a complete harness and swap it out. Either option will be a pain in the ass, honestly.

I've kinda searched all over for a diagram. I figured it would be kinda hard just tired of the thing not working the way it should so I've kinda been going through and fixing things as I go. It's hard to have a project car be a daily. Lol I guess it's time to order a Hanes. Thanks man.

Helm. Don't wast your time with Haynes or Chiltons.

We have the wiring diagrams here on the forums. I think they are in the Technical section. Can you read schematics? I would normally do it, but I'm being lazy tonight.

I can kinda read them, luckily I have a little brother who is going to UNOH so I'll just have him go over it. I'm horrible with wiring unless it's wiring up car audio. I have a helm manual being shipped right now. Thanks, guys.
