I would imagine it has the instruction manual in it since it still has the plastic wrap around it. There is a small tear in the wrap though so the cardboard is semi exposed. Shoot me your email in a PM and i can take a picture with my cell phone and email it to you.

Sell it on eBay! I think you could get a good little chunk of change off it. Sealed Nintendo 64 stuff has a market, now that it's "classic."
