Red line firewall green square the side I plan on using to mount a braket

Going to need a spacer for that too because of the way the chassis curves out.

Then ill mount to the alternator like the diy

So I guess it won't really happen this weekend. Couple questions though. Since Ill need to go to the jy to get an extra bolt for the driver side engine mount.

Will I need to jack up the engine to support it underneath? Because pick n pull doesn't let you bring in jacks.

To to save me that does anyone know the size and pitch thread of that bolt?

This is interesting. I may do this to my van. I keep blowing motor mounts and this may be a good solution.
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

I'm using the alternator bracket and the outer most strut tower bolt. I moved the harness so it's out of the way kinda... Really need a tuck. I just can't find an m10 1.5 stud and coupler nut.

Honestly you're better off geting the esp mounts and deleting the front mount.

I don't see how that does anything at all... Engine movement is from back to front. That's sitting to the side, neither pushing nor pulling against the engine movement. It's positioned more like the hydraulics on a house door than something that's supposed to limit engine movement!

I don't see how... but I suppose as long as it doesn't result in your tophat stud getting ripped off, it can't do any harm. Looks pretty cool!
