That's because it's not summer yet. The switch that turns your fan on after you turn the car off only does so when the coolant temperature is very hot, like 220 or 230 degrees.

looked for this guy didnt see it under my dash

EDIT found it, its way up there

Like someone else said , our cars our very efficient. I had actually never had my fans turn on before i wired them to toggle switches ( which i recommend) I had an aem ttemp gauge because our cb's is so vague so i just hit my fans when desired. If you do go this route, dont forget to put a fuse in there! I have my condenser and radiator fans on toggles. I like to be in control

I just did that on mine but neither of the fans came on. The only time i'm hearing mine come one, and its only the passenger side one, is when I turn the a/c on. When I left it unplugged with the paperclip in however the car would not run right, it was bogging down and about the die. Plugged it back in and the engine started right up perfectly. If first tested it with the car battery ON, then I started it up and it would run right.

Dunno what to do about the fact the fans didn't come on when I jumped the switch. I've also heard this wierd loud noise when i'm driving down the road, and sometimes when the car is turned completely off... I think its the cooling fan, probably the drivers side (condensor fan right?)

          Its not overheating though.
