it was a real name and number im guessing since it was removed. i just dont remember the name. so i guess the answer to my question is yes....

that was actually a rule on my old local racing board.. most ads were prone to deletion, so if you didnt copy/paste the entire ad or screenshot it, you got banned for a week..
