92-93 sedan trunk conversion. yay!

this conversion was waaaaay easier than i thought it would be. just some good sanding tools, semi gloss primer, and a lil can-do attitude. oh and money of course. i was gonna do a DIY for this but i was afraid id make a crap one, and get yelled at. but anyways...

- 92/93 trunk lid = $50 bux (junkyard)
- 92/93 red/clear tails = $120 (ebay)
- the inner tail lights on both 90/91 and 92/93 have boxes that the wire harness plug into, and have the bulbs in them. they differ from the two trunk styles (obviously) so i had to get those from a junkyard from the tail lights of a 92/93 sedan as well.... = $20

and then everything just bolts up!

you want the old trunk and lights.... 50 bux. the trunk has dents in it cuz i light from i light pole fell on it. and the tail lights get water in them, and then leak. BETTER PICS SOON!

SRE Camber Kit came in the mail today. so now ill have both anchor bolt, and ball joint camber kits...


... and i finally got seat brackets for the seats that have been sittin in my garage for a year now... 40 bux for the pair off ebay. and boy i sure did get what i paid for. they were made completely wrong, but i made one of them work so far. ill do the other seat tomorrow:


i also installed a acura legend lip this past weekend. it looks really good. ill have a pic of it tomorrow. and better pics later.

Just finish the dirvers seat today. came out looking really good! (dont mind the horrible unfinished interior, its an on going project and i refuse to take pics till its done)

my wheels just need tires (hence the new camber kit). ive just been a lil short on money, but they should be back on in about a week i hope. and as for the next LA meet, ill be there.

i actually really like the seats so far. the only thing i dont really like is the red stitching. but i got the seats for free so i cant complain. its only been a couple days so we'll see how they turn out.
