How does it feel compared to a H22?

thats cool, but i hope you addressed the problematic timing chain tensioner issue before ploppin her in seems to be the largest bane of the K series in that displacement.

thanks! just clean up some wiring, get my ecu fixed, and put the interior back together.

right now, my ecu isnt commanding the VTC to work. i ordered another ecu and will have to get the kpro board swapped in. but it drives nice. has a good power band and sounds awesome up top.

nah i just took the stock engine and put it in. mine has around 100k so it will probably need a chain soon anyway.

If I ever manage to blow up my H22 this is the next engine going in, looks to proper in there. I'll bet when you get all of the electrical/ECU issues sorted out it'll be that much more of a blast to drive. Did you have to get a custom header or are there off the shelf options out there for K24 swapped CB7's?

yea i got my new (used) ecu last night in the mail. i tried 2 different headers before i found this one to work. im running the ktuned budget swap header. clearance in the back near the subframe and intermediate shaft is almost none existent. this works good though.

Be careful as its oil pressure operated, keep the levels up and run whats on the oil cap, Otherwise itll be new head time from pistons kissing valves
I think there was a TSB for the K24's

that honda tsb is pretty wild lol. mine is an older tsx (1g). no oil issues other than a cracked valve cover at this time.

I recently learned that the K series in a cb7 hangs low / oil pan hangs low.

Could you possibly take a picture of how your pan is hanging? Thanks!

i bought some "swap" axles. the passenger side didnt work out. used a 8g civic si ps axle. pretty sure it would perfect on the driver also.
