It doesnt say but did you wire up the SRS? Does the airbag work?
A 90 LX doesnt have SRS or ABS
a 92-93 EX would have all features

The SRS and other is possible. I had an RSX wheel in my CB for a while, but didn't like it. I used the same approach with the CD column, and while I was at it, had to do a little wiring/connector change. But everything was plug and play like stock.

Hmmm, You must have been doing a lot of homework. Are you still keeping it a top secret mod?? I must say a project like that deserves to be in a magazine.

                      Dont?
It isn't a totally "safe" mod to do.
The steering column is supposed to collapse in a wreak....however the "extensive grinding" removes the sliding mechanism from the column.
                      This could potentually kill you.....
So if you do it, dont get into a wreak!

Heres a little mod I did for my column shafts...

ICK! I can see why you didnt like it!
But the steering wheel looks similar to the S2000 shape
                              Same with the cruise....
                              Maybe they are interchangable?

                                Saftey

I guess I should address the issue of saftey
Whenever swapping something as important as the steering column, saftey IS # 1
First of all I wouldn't recommend doing this if you have the 90-91 trim bezel
It pushes the columnm further out and the splines actually come further out to the point of the "Saftey Bolt"
It wont let the steering column fall out, but...your steering splines are at the Danger zone.

Converting to the 92-93 trim bezel is fast, and easy.
No mods are required and your newly installed column is now rendered "safe"

Another issue is the column collapsing.
Incase you dont know all steering columns built after....The late 60's are supposed to collapse in a wreak where you (probally aren't wearing a seatbelt).
The factory mounting of the column "breaks" in a wreak and the column slides into itself, preventing you from being posibly speared.
The way I've mounted my column wont (probally) colapse if I were to slam into it. I will try to re-arrange the slides in order to make them slide

                                90-91 Trim Bezel installed

                                92-93 Trim Bezel
