M3 style trunk lip

just got it in the mail today, 51 inch flexible, self adhesive "M3" style lip. painted, clearcoated and mounted.. for those of you interested in a cheap trunk lip ($28 shipped) , or if you wanted to see what they look like installed..

I've wondered how they looked. Not bad at all, but it could be just a little wider IMO. Looks really good painted.

yeah if i would have known there would be a good .5 inch of space on either end of the trunk i would have opted for a custom 52 incher lol. been wanting one for a while now but couldnt find any pics of it on our car untill i saw peteypete's car with it mounted and decided to go for it. its my "ghetto" version of a OEM flushmount haha.

cheapie oem flushmount? perhaps you can put it on the face of the trunk, as opposed to the top of the trunk then? so then it will be like an uber small looking OEM flushmount, and it will slightly angle up too

So... the back of the flushmount will then be oriented to be the top of the flushmount. dunno if i'm making sense, but if i am then great! I think you should try that out and see if you like it thats if you wanna remove it to do it though, of course.
