how do u remove the bumber in order tp remove the head lights

thats one of the hardest parts of the process...my best advice would be to get a manual (haynes, chilton, ect..) and dont for get the two bitchy nut inside the engine bay. one right in front of the battery and the other in the same spot on the opposite side.

i have euro corner lights.. however they are plastic.. and i believe the sealant is plastic? or something similar.. not like the headlights.. has anyone tried heating plastic corners? help!?
