the tapping screws part seems scary. there isnt much material to tap into.

actually there is more there then you think there is. i only had one small problem while removing my bumper cover and that was the screw i was using BROKE while i was trying to pull it out so i basically destroyed that one snap just to get it out of there. other then that the tapping screws part worked beautifully.Originally posted by accord=inspire? for this part it was easier for me to do after the whole bumper was off. then I just shot them up with WD-40 from the inside and I was able to push the threaded part out easily and then pop the retainer out too. I totally mangled one of them trying to get them out with a self tapping screw.
