I will be ordering another set of lenses friday and make a trip to the junk yard with my hammer. Set number two will be in the works.

i've had good luck with flowable silicone for glass and windsields. it's at any auto parts store. if you put to much, it tends to run, but it has incredible bond strength and resistance to water.

ok here is how i did mind.
the clear lenses has arrived on time.
i took no risk on the lenses,so i use the oem lens body.
the reflector inside the oem lens is clear type,but the CD's reflector is slightly shorter in width.The clip also on different side with the oem lens,so i shaved it and use super glue to hold it in the box.
glued it with glass silicone and finish!no bulging at all.
P/S:it's quite costly by using 3 set of lenses and make into 1,but the satisfactory is priceless.Last edited by Jack_lee; 01-27-2009, 05:27 AM.
